RESISTIRE

RESISTIRÉ (Responding to outbreaks through co-creative inclusive equality strategies and collaboration) is an EU-funded project that aims to reduce gendered inequalities caused by policy responses to the COVID-19 pandemic. For two years starting in April 2021, ten European partners and a wider network of national researchers will collect, analyse, and translate extensive data into a new research agenda, advocacy, policy recommendations, and innovative pilot actions to foster a fairer recovery.

VOICES

VOICES is a COST Action that aims to increase the visibility of inequalities faced by Young Researchers and Innovators (YRIs) from a gender perspective, and to promote a sustainable dialogue between YRIs and stakeholders in the research ecosystem at the systemic level (European & national policy-makers) and at the institutional level (senior researchers, academic managers) by creating a community of gender equality practitioners composed of various stakeholders (YRIs, independent researchers, academic managers, organizations) across Europe.

Socio-Bee

SOCIO-BEE proposes that community engagement and social innovation combined with Citizen Science (CS) through emerging technologies and playful interaction can bridge the gap between: 1. the capacity of communities to adopt more sustainable behaviours, breaking the cognitive myopia, 2. between the citizen intentions and the real behaviour to act in favour of the environment (in this project, to reduce air pollution). Furthermore, community engagement can raise other citizens’ awareness of climate change and their own responses to it, through experimentation, better monitoring, and observation of the environment.

GEARING Roles

Gender Equality Actions in Research Institutions to traNsform Gender ROLES (GEARING-Roles) is a strong multidisciplinary consortium of 10 European academic and non-academic partners that will design, implement, and evaluate 6 Gender Equality Plans (GEPs) following the steps described in the GEAR tool (define, plan, act and check) with the firm objective of challenging and transforming gender roles and identities linked to professional careers, and work towards real institutional change.
